General Business Conditions

1.	booking-contract
	With enquiry of a holiday home, Angel Holidays offers you an obliging booking contract. You will receive the contract with confirmation of availability of the holiday home. The reservation can be made per telephone or in written form (e-mail, fax).
2.	payment
	With reservation contract a reservation fee falling due. The amount of reservation fee and commission dependet on booked holiday home. This sum is payable within 4 business days after sending the reservation confirmation. The reservation contract will be legal after payment of this sum. Final payment takes place individual. No payback of the reservation fee if the tenant cancel the contract. For every later change of the booking contract, 30,00 € handling charge are falling due.
3.	cancellation charge
	The cancellation is to made in written form to Angel Holidays. The cancellation fees depending on holiday home and can be found on the detailed description.
4.	benefits
	The offered benefits of Angel Holidays will be exclusive adduced in name and bill of the (administrator, landlord). Our benefit is the arrangement between owner, tentant and travel travellers. If there are any demands about compensations tentant-site the owner of the holiday home is responsible.
5.	liability:
	The offer is made by information of the owner . A liability for changes made by the owner after creation of the offer is excluded. For an influence of the holiday home by an act of God we are not liable. The usage of the holiday home and all appurtenant structures occures on own risk. In case of accidents the owner and Angel Holidays are not liable. For objects of value brought along the client is responsible. The client is liable for damages caused by himselfe or brought in pets. Angel Holidays has to be immediatly informed in case of damages .
6.	arrival/departure:
	If there are no other arrangements , check in is at 4:00 PM. Check out is at 10:00 AM at the departure day.
7.	Court of jurisdiction:
	In case of entitlement to damages of tenant or landlord court of jurisdiction is the location of the holiday home, or the domicile of the landlord, hirer, disposer or tenant. Entitlements have to be assert ambilateral till 30 days after leaving date.
8.	Cancelation by landlord or tenant:
	The existent contract can be cancelled without notice by Angel Holidays, if the tenant and/or travel travellers annoy the accomplishment of the contract effective and the tenant and/or travel travellers in spite of warning (also by word of mouth) act contrary to contract, that the cancelation of the contract to protect the belongings or similar is mandatory. This is imperative particularly with regard to damaging delaberate or wantonly negligent belongings or the holiday home. The tenant and/or travel travellers have no entitlements of an alternative holiday home by cancelation in specified above reasons.
9.	Preface:
	The offered holiday homes are all privately owned. Angel Holidays want to advert, that the typical respectively mallorquin furnishing style is different toward the middle european style. The holiday homes will be committed to the tenant fresh cleand at the arrivale day. Beds are lined and towels are avilable. The inhabitation of pets is regulated individual depending on holiday home. Periods of pool using are addicted of the holiday home different. Liability can not be taken over by Angel Holidays for pool using times, also for structural measures.
