This beautiful and tended apartment-complex with 10 apartments and communal pool is situated at the southeast of Minorca at Son Bou just 800 meters away from the longest beach of Menorca. It is 150 meters away from the club San Jaime and from the shopping center with bars, restaurants, bowling. Each apartment has a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a terrace with seaview. The bedrooms hava a roof-ventilator. The comunal pool has a separate pool for children.
