It is 150 meters away from the club San Jaime and from the shopping center with bars, restaurants, bowling. Each apartment has a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a terrace with seaview. The bedrooms hava a roof-ventilator. The comunal pool has a separate pool for children.
