This beautiful and special 155 sqm finca is situated at the north of Mallorca on a 30.000 sqm property at the border of a integral nature reserve. It is a mixture of tradition, comfort and luxury. The finca has a garden with 3 terraces, 3 bedrooms, LCD TV, SAT TV, homecinema, DVD, CD, central-heating and Internet W-Lan. There is a communal pool with sunloungers and a barbecue are. To the beaches 20 minutes, to Inca 5 minutes, to the center of Sencelles 2 driving minutes. There are several golf courses close-by.
