This holiday home for 8 people is a pretty country house situated 1km from the typical Menorcan village of Alaior, where visitors can find hand made crafts shops and visit the factory where the famous Mahon cheese is made The central location of the property means that both south and north coast beaches can be reached within 10 – 15 minutes by car, and the capital city of Mahón is also a 10 minute drive away. Vehicle is necessary. The property is surrounded by countryside, guaranteeing both privacy and tranquillity. There is a small porch area next to the kitchen, which is furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a built-in barbeque in the same area. The swimming pool is surrounded by sunbathing terrace, plants and trees. The property has been tastefully decorated and there are ceiling fans in all rooms, which are distributed on 2 floors. Ground Floor with entrance hall, kitchen with exterior access, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms and 1 shower room. First Floor: lounge/dining room, 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room, and large terrace with country views.
