This is a beautiful country house situated in the picturesque village of Llucmeçanes near Mahon. The village has a small grocery shop and pretty church. A less than 10 minute car journey brings you to either Mahon, with its port and varied selection of restaurants and amenities, or the airport. The southern beaches of Binibeca, Biniancolla and Binissafúller are just 10 minutes by car from the property, and the northern beaches can be reached within 15 minutes. Although the house is located in the village it is set within 10.000 m2 of its own land. During the summer months outdoor dining can be enjoyed under the canopy situated next to the built-in barbeque and the pool (8 x 4m with Roman steps). The pool area is gated and surrounded by a lawn and sunbathing terraces. The house is distributed on two floors, and furnished with good quality rustic furniture. Ground Floor: large lounge/dining room, kitchen with exterior access to patio, 1 twin bedroom connected to dressing room and 1 single bedroom (3/4 size bed), and 1 full bathroom. First Floor: 1 double bedroom with balcony and countryside views, 1 triple bedroom (3 single beds) and 1 shower room.
