Casa Nico is a converted barn situated off the road to Son Bou camping; a road which forks from the main road from Mahon to Ciutadella. The airport is a 20 minute drive away, and Mahon, with its beautiful natural harbour, is 15 minutes by car. Son Bou, with the longest beach on the island, is less than a 10 minute drive away, and other south coast beaches can be reached within 15 minutes. Vehicle is necessary. This wonderful property is set within 97 hectares of its own land and has wonderful views over the Menorcan countryside. There is a large terrace with barbeque for al fresco dining, and the fenced pool also has sunbathing terraces and an independent garden. A porch has been built in front of the house, creating a shaded area for relaxing and taking in the peace and quiet of the country.
