Finca Luz in Minorca

This typical Menorcan farmhouse is situated near the town of Alaior, where all local amenities can be found. Both south and north coast beaches can be reached within approximately 10 minutes by car and the capital city of Mahón, with its beautiful harbour, is also a short drive away. Vehicle is necessary. The farmhouse is surrounded by countryside in all directions and is completely private. There is a large patio at the entrance of the property, and to the right of this a pretty garden with a lawned area beside the swimming pool. At the side of the property there is a large pergola providing shade, and table and chairs for al fresco dining. Shade is also provided by the small woodland which can be accessed via steps at the back of the house. Finca Binietsau was completely reformed at the beginning of 2007 and has been tastefully decorated with quality and comfortable wood furniture. The property is set on 2 floors: Ground Floor: lounge, 2 dining rooms, kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room. First Floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite full bathroom and 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower room. Note: All double rooms can be changed to twins on request.
