This beautiful villa is situated on the south east coast of the island, in the residential area of Binixica. All local amenities (supermarkets, banks, pharmacy) are less than 5 minutes drive away in the small village of San Clemente. Popular south coast beaches, Binibeca, Binisafúa and Punta Prima, are within 10 minutes by car, and the white sand bay of Calan Porter can be reached within 5 minutes. Vehicle is necessary. The front garden is a fruit and vegetable patch and the round swimming pool that is surrounded by sunbathing terraces and lawn is in the main garden which is at the back of the property. There is a shaded porch with table and chairs with direct access to the lounge and a built-in barbeque for outdoor dining.
