The small beach at Binidalí is a 5 minute walk away and other south coast beaches, Binisafúa, Binibeca and Punta Prima, can be reached in 5 minutes by car. All local amenities (supermarket, banks, pharmacy etc.) can be found in the typical Menorcan village of San Clemente, which is also a 5 minute car journey from the villa. At the front of the property, a narrow path surrounded by plants and shrubs leads up to an enclosed porch area with a ceiling fan and table and chairs for outdoor dining. Additionally, at the rear of the villa there is a large private terrace with a second table with chairs, and a built-in barbeque ideal for al fresco dining. The communal swimming pool is surrounded by sunbathing terrace and has direct access to the community bar/restaurant. This holiday home has been furnished with basic and comfortable furniture.
