This beautiful airconditioned semi-detached holiday-home for 4 people is in a fantastic location in a quiet area near the golf-course, just a few minutes afoot to the beach of Camp de Mar at the southwest of Majorcak Just a few minutes (500 meters) to the center with supermarket, bars and restaurants. There are three community-pools belonging to this tended housing estate. One of them is directly next to the house. It has a nice green view through the golf-course to the mountains. Two floors with two bathrooms ensuite. Terrace with garden furnitures and balcony.
