It has a large 70 m2 terrace, roofed. About 3-4 driving minutes to the historical Valldemossa with bars, restaurants and supermarket. Three floors with four double bedrooms (double bed), three bathrooms (one ensuite). With heating recomendable for the colder time of the year. 10 km to the coast and about 20 minutes to beautiful bays with beaches. Tennis court. Near golfcourse and 25 km to Palma.
