This extraordinary 4 bedroom-villa with wonderful oceanview is situated at the south of Minorca at Son Bou just 700 meters to the longest natural beach of Minorca. It has a nice stone tower with wonderful views. At the second floor you find a large livingroom with TV and a terrace, a complete furnished kitchen, a lavatory with washing-machine and a guests WC. At the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms, 2 of them with access to the terrace and 2 bathrooms. The villa has a poolterrace with sunloungers, a private pool and a separate childrens pool (3x3 meters). A mobil barbecue can be ordered on request.
