This holiday villa is situated at the northeast coast between the villages Sa Pobla (distance 3 km) and Pollensa (5 km) at the northeast of Majorca. Quiet location in a tended residential neighbourhood with villas and surrounded by pine-tree forest. About 7-10 driving minutes to the coast with beaches and Alcudia. Shopping facilities in 4 km. The villa has a nice garden with lawn, a private 5x8,5 m swimmingpool with terrace, garden furnitures and six sunbeds. The holiday chalet has 200 m2 living space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Ground floor with livingroom, dinette, kitchen, three bedrooms (two with single beds 90x190 cm and one with double bed 145x200 cm) and one bathroom en suite and one further bathroom. One large bedroom with two single beds 90x190 cm at the first floor, bathroom with shower and balcony. One bedroom is situated on a gallery. Extra bed for a 9th person can be booked. Arrivals after midnight not possible.
