Booking procedure of Angel Holidays
We are pleased that you have found a holiday home with us.
Thank you for your application of reserving one of our offers. It is an application till the landlord of the property has confirmed your booking and we have sent you the
questionnaire to confirm the reservation.
If you want to place a reservation, please send us the following information:
- Your complete name
- The reference number of the offer
- Period of reservation
- Complete quantity of travellers
- adults
- children 02-12 years
- children younger than 2 years
- phone number
- cellphone number
We will transmit your reservation to the corresponding proprietary or landlord. After his final confirmation we will send you the reservation form. You will get an email with a link, where you can enter your reservation form. Please return it to us confirmed and filled out within 24 hours. We will keep the holiday home for you reserved within this period of 24 hours.
After receipt of your reservation form, you will get from us the booking confirmation with all bank details for the payments which are valid for the booked holiday home.
The advance payment is payable within four days after the booking date. The final payment depends on the agreed conditions with the corresponding landlord and will be confirmed in the reservation form.
You will get a location plan and meeting point information latest four weeks before arrival to your email address.
